Pyfagor

About Pyfagor

A visual canvas for designing GenAI orchestration - built for builders who think in systems.

Pyfagor is an infinite canvas for sketching the orchestration layer of GenAI applications. Instead of writing orchestration logic in code and hoping the architecture stays clean, you design it visually - drag nodes, connect them, tune parameters, and export a blueprint your team can implement.

Why we built it

The hard part of a GenAI app isn't the model call - it's everything around it. Retrieval, reranking, context merging, validation, retry logic, routing. These decisions are architectural, but they're usually made inside code where only the author can see the shape of the system.

Pyfagor makes the orchestration layer visible. When you can see the pipeline, you can reason about it, review it, and hand it off - without losing the design in translation.

What you can do

  • Design orchestration graphs with a drag-and-drop node editor.
  • Connect nodes with data-flow wires that show how information moves.
  • Configure each step in a side panel - prompts, models, retries, sources.
  • Export the full blueprint as structured data for your backend team.
  • Start from templates like grounded Q&A, multi-step agents, and routing flows.

Principles

The canvas is free to use without an account. We believe tooling for exploration should have zero friction.

Design first, code second. Pyfagor is not a runtime - it's a design tool. You own the implementation, the hosting, and the models. We help you get the architecture right before you commit to it.

Clarity over cleverness. Every feature exists to make orchestration easier to understand, not to hide complexity behind abstractions.
