Terms of Use
Last updated: May 20, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Pyfagor (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. "As-Is" Service
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, title, availability, uninterrupted operation, security, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
2. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pyfagor, its owners, operators, affiliates, contributors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever - including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, procurement of substitute services, personal injury, or any other commercial or non-commercial damages or losses - arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for anything you do with the Service, anything the Service produces, or any consequence arising from any output, blueprint, export, generated content, or third-party integration.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
The Service may generate, display, or facilitate the production of AI-generated content, blueprints, suggestions, or orchestration designs. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, biased, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether and how to use any output. We make no representations or warranties regarding the correctness, legality, safety, or fitness of any output for any use whatsoever.
4. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring that such use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purpose. You assume full responsibility for any implementation, deployment, or business decision made on the basis of anything produced by, displayed in, or exported from the Service.
5. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, engineering, or any other form of professional advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before acting on any information obtained through the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may interoperate with, link to, or reference third-party services, models, APIs, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for any third party, and we disclaim all liability arising out of or related to your use of any third-party service, including any costs, damages, or losses incurred through such use.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you or any third party. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pyfagor and its owners, operators, affiliates, contributors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation Cap
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed one US dollar (USD $1.00).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of the Service reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
